Es Capdellà is a wonderful folkloric mountain vilage placed in the Taramuntana mountain range, on the Puig de sa crane and is located in between Calvià and Andratx. As you have already noticed, we continue our trip among the southwestern parts of Majorca.

In terms of shopping, I must confess that you are only likely to find basics in the village and in order to do some intense shopping, the 2 cities above-mentioned are a perfect choice. In Capdellà the major attraction relies on its natural beauty. The Taramuntana mountain range is in itself a point of interest, UNESCO has previously designated it as a world heritage site.

If you are a fan of hiking, biking and you like to practice them in a natural and pure surrounding, this place might be your match. Therefore, if you are always in a rush and you are looking for quiet, yet entertaining and beautiful places…hope you will find this article inspiring!
