Our little journey through this summer’s fairs continues with something 100% traditional! Our favourite plate has, as it was expected, its own day! As you already know, we are grateful for everything that we have here, and we are really traditional.

Therefore, in summer, we dedicate an entire day for the celebration of our favorite plate, named Pa amb oli. From the very beginning I can tell you that we are talking about a finger licking specialty.

It is being prepared with a lot of consideration and we are happy to share it with all the tourists that pass by, in its special day.Our tasty  Majorcan plate is made of bread, drizzled with oil and tomato. Something very light, yet refreshing and yummy.

Moreover, it can be fundamentally transformed in function of the topping added: cheese, sobrasada, anchovies.

Undoubtedly, if you pass by, don’t forget about this plate! Try it out and, if you are lucky enough to be here in its dedicated day, you will mesmerize your senses!
