You might believe that I’m obsessed with Majorca’s hillside villages and you might be right about it! I’m simply in loved with them, because I consider that when it comes to Majorca, it’s always about big cities. My firm belief is that Majorca is wonderful from many and variated points of view, and it’s our duty to present each and every one of them.

This authentic mountain village can also be found in the Tramuntana mountain range. It is quite high, if we take into consideration that it practically overlooks the Sóller valley. I must tell you that the atmosphere in this place is completely different: the red tiled roofs and the stone buildings, together with the surroundings provide a traditional charm to this place. Quite unique, I’d say!

Definitely, it’s a traditional Majorcan village, having itself as the main attraction. With narrow streets admiring the architecture and traditional beauty are like a magnet for every visitor. Without any doubt, the town hall is the one that stands out, helped by a 17thcentury defense tower. Obviously, there are many more attractions to be discoveres!
