Diners are catered for with a wide range of restaurants from simple traditional family fare to superb menus featuring the very best in gastronomy. And the Argos Restaurant is one of them! Well..maybe this is the reason why the chef Álvaro Salazar chose this location. Haha.. who knows?! Open for dinner only, Argos offers a fantastic gastronomy, with a small à la carte, set dinner, or tasting menus (optional wine pairing). As many locations from the island, their cuisine is marked by seasonal and local products in line with the Balearic home cooking but at the same, adventurous and original.
Their menu includes a selection of classic tapas (croquetas, spicy potato wedges, sepia stew, Mediterranean potato and tuna salad with anchovies, mussels in citrus fruits marinade) and a large selection of “finger food” such as Mallorcan tarte flambée with sardines and herring caviar, or with Iberian ham. For a more classic meal, try their paella from the ocean with local rockfish, prawns and squid, or their Mallorcan rice with meat varieties and seasonal vegetables. You will love it!
Presentation is superb and the execution and flavour of dishes will impress the food lovers, if not those who prefer quantity over quality. When it comes to its interior decor, the restaurant itself is minimalist contemporary, making the food its main reason to visit. Argos offers an unexpected level of innovative fine dining and is a must visit place!
