Places from where you can update your summer wardrobe

Thinking at the summer season, in the previous article I started to talk about some of the best beaches of the island. And guess what? I forgot to tell you something important!! So, if you’re curious, then continue reading (especially you, ladies)! For sure you will definitely find it interesting! Haha! It happens sometimes to forget those important and useful things at home, or in an unfortunate case, it occur to find out that you’re baggage was lost in airport when you arrive at your destination. Been there, done that! Is horrible, believe me! That’s why, when you are visiting an island like Mallorca, it’s good to know where to go to update your summer wardrobe. Am I right? With beachwear sold widely across the island, there’s no shortage of places to buy your new bikini! But I’ve narrowed it down to a list of the best beachwear boutiques it has to offer! 1.Located in the centre of the island, the Pink Flamingo Urban Spa & Boutique offers a fantastic selection of beachwear. With brands such as Heidi Klein, Seafolly and Orlebar Brown on offer, the store has everything from bikinis and men’s swim shorts to cover-ups, flip-flops and sandals, resort evening-wear and a good range of accessories.

2.This beachfront store in Illetas is the perfect place to refresh your summer wardrobe with a fantastic selection of designer pieces. There’s a real Balearic feel to the selection at KOS Beach Boutique, with lots of white cotton and linen, colourful sarongs, chic swimwear and straw hats. There’s also a distinct Scandinavian influence with brands such as Chill Norway, Line of Oslo and Odd Molly on offer, as well as Ibizan brand Charo Ruiz and many more.

3.The Kidama boutique is located in the stylish port Puerto Portals, with much of their clientele being the well-preened women arriving on the many large yachts in the area. This family-run shop boasts a handpicked selection of elegant designer clothing, colourful shape-enhancing swimwear, gem-embellished purses and statement jewellery. 4.Set in the picturesque and chichi town of Ses Salines, this charming shop sells mostly homeware but also has a limited collection of beachwear in the form of kaftans and other cover-ups, all with a vintage feel. Cassai Home and Fashion is located in an old house and spread across a number of different rooms piled high with all manner of eclectic interiors items. There’s a tiny room in the middle of the store, lined with rails of floaty bohemian dresses and tunics, which also hosts a fantastic range of baskets. A lovely place to wander around, this is the kind of shop that makes you want to buy all kinds of things that you never knew you needed.
