The winter in Mallorca is like a second spring that runs smooth and calm. 🙂 From January to March, although maybe going to the beach is no longer an option, you can do endless activities on the main island of the Balearic archipelago. 😀 So, if you are looking for relaxation, disconnection and leisure, consider coming to Mallorca outside of the summer months. 😛 Yeah..maybe you have to leave the swimsuit out of the suitcase, but just change it for some boots to walk and a good coat to go out navigating. 🙂 Mallorca has so much to offer in the winter season and these periods of the year are the perfect opportunity to get to know the island beyond its coves and paradisiacal beaches. These being said, let’s discover together another side of Mallorca with these five activities for the cold season on the island. 😀 Let’s start with the star gaze!

Taking advantage of the fact that in the winter it gets much darker and the nights in Mallorca are usually clear, you can visit the island´s Planetarium and see the stars from there. You will love it! 😀 After that, go to the spa! The stress and worries will be diluted little by little under the bubbles of the Jacuzzi. If the weather isn’t too nice, visit one of the spas scattered throughout the island. We all deserve to relax sometimes..and here you’ll find the perfect place! 😀

And how a culinary delight never hurts, visit the gastronomic markets. 😀 These are the latest trend and the delight of gastronomy enthusiasts. Palma’s highlight is the Mercado de San Juan, with 18 stands with different specialties and designed to eat and enjoy in a different environment. 😛 And if it’s a beautiful weather and you went out for a walk…then stroll through Palma! 😛 The plan here is to get lost in the streets of the capital discovering small shops and cafes, alleys and squares …

The old town is the ideal place to spend an autumn or winter afternoon in Mallorca. 🙂 So..to end your holiday with honors, you can go sailing. 🙂 Yes, it is possible this season as well! 😀 Mallorca allows you to go sailing almost all year round. If the sun is shining and the waters are calm, you can’t miss the opportunity to see the island from a totally different perspective. Mallorca is famous for being considered one of the best destinations ..and let’s be honest because it really is! 🙂 Regardless of the season, you will never get bored! 😀
