Alcúdia – a wealth of history and charm

Hi there , Mallorca lovers ! Today I will write about my experience in Alcúdia – a  medieval town of the Mallorca island and the largest tourist hub in the north side . I can say that , the Alcúdia , it boasts a beautiful medieval centre as well as an authentic local atmosphere .  If you enjoy beaches , golf or culture, then Alcúdia is the perfect place for you and your family !

This vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location , offering life , history and culture throughout all the seasons . Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia , is the ideal place to taste this rich Mallorcan cocktail of fun , relax and unforgetable experience .

This is an amazing place , a maze of narrow streets enclosed by medieval ramparts that have been carefully restored as part of Mallorca’s new tourist image .

As far as I remember , in Alcúdia you can enjoy new boutiques , hotels and modern gastronomic restaurants which have sprung up providing a really a unique experience .

With a wealth of history and charm , this town offers visitors an authentic Mallorcan feeling filled with great stories and glorious past .

I tell you from my own experience that they are great in organising great fiestas ( parties ) and fairs rub alongside of classical music festival ! This Mallorcan piece of heaven is surrounded by a beautiful countryside that can be explored by car or by bicycle .

You choose ! But , it worths to visit this part too, especially because it has one of the best markets on the island . So , this is Alcúdia , through my eyes untill now .  Mallorca for me is a wonderland  and the rest of the wonders of this place , I will tell you gladly next time . See you soon !
