The name of the city of Mallorca is synonymous with sophistication and paradise. There are so many activities to choose from in this place that one day is hardly enough time to explore all that the capital city has to offer. Being a gorgeous Mediterranean island with beautiful weather, stunning scenery and delicious cuisine, Mallorca is a must-see on your vacation list. Here are a few of my must-see recommendations to get the most out of your trip to this paradisiacal island and experience the best things to do on this summer season. If the adventure characterizes you, then cycle and sightsee on a 3.5-hour bike tour of Palma de Mallorca! In the same branch is also included the wild adventure in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains on this 4.5-hour cliff jumping adventure.

Travel into the UNESCO-listed mountain range and  enjoy the panoramic and beautiful views. For those seeking for a sunny beach vacation, Llucmajor would be an ideal choice. About 25 kilometres south of Palma de Mallorca, this spectacular stretch of the Mallorca coast has many beautiful coves, beaches and cliffs.

Other interesting place on the island is Petra, a quiet country town 43 kilometers from Palma listed as a Property of Cultural Interest. The most important sight is the convent and also the excellent museum that illustrates the life and work of Friar Junípero Serra, who was born in Petra. Another attractive monuments in Petra include the Iglesia de San Pedro, a Gothic church with a fortress-like facade; the Convento de Sant Bernardi, a peaceful retreat created for the Franciscans and the Santuario de Nostra Senyora de Bonany (Sanctuary of Our Lady of Bonany), a Neo-Baroque church that presides over a hilltop.

In Mallorca everything is possible, from one day on the beach to one day among the clouds. Therefore, if you want to fly away on a morning or afternoon, the hot air balloon ride over northeast of Mallorca! Taking off from the popular coastal resort of Cala Millor, the balloon experience provides aerial views over the stunning beaches and pine tree–clad coastline for which northeast of Mallorca is famous.

Locals know the best nights in Palma de Mallorca are tapas nights! As some of us find the joy in adrenaline, others are finding it in the food. Take you on a foodie adventure that’s filled with tasty tapas, perfect pinchos and washing it down with local Spanish wines and beers in the famous restaurants from here.

Every restaurant from the island will take you one step closer to the heaven! Don’t forget to visit the unique, famous and wonderful cathedral La Seu from the heart of the city of Palma de Mallorca, you will love it. All what remains now is to enumerate them in the order you like.
